Baker and Baron Cafe

Lovely, friendly cafe, with delicious treats and lunch! Definitely a great spot to pop into for a coffee and cake, or have a nice savory pie or sandwich for lunch. They do breakfast at lunchtime too (which is a big win for my kiddos!). We will come back for sure! Just what North Van needs more of.

Heaven at its best! 💙💟💙. I have enjoyed so much food during my trip to Vancouver (sampling many of the restaurants that are top tier around town). This place was so memorable. I cannot wait to come back. The meat pie was so tender and melted in your mouth. Food that is this awesome must have been slow roasted and tenderized all night long. The scones were to die for. I brought my family from Mexico here and they were absolutely astounded at how delicious the food was. I had the poblano pepper with soft eggs and cheese. My family the other dish (I forgot the name). Seriously both were deadly good😩😩😩. I was so full and sleepy still trying to show them Vancouver, when all I wanted to do was just hibernate in their kitchen🤤🤤🤤. Awesome. Seriously just awesome.

Wonderful decor and ambiance. Open concept bakery is unique and a nice experience. Owner is friendly and great to chat with!
